For this master bathroom renovation, Euroluxe Interiors was tasked with refreshing the space in a way that better fit the client’s daily use as well as their design sense. The existing square footage of the bathroom was adequate for comfort but featured a small shower and separate but larger, built-in tub which was not used. In addition, there was only one small window which allowed minimal natural lighting tending towards a potentially cavernous feel. Working with the client, we made the decision to reallocate the space by increasing the shower size and utilizing the remaining area to accommodate additional storage. All cabinetry was lifted off of the ground to visually lighten the weight of the millwork and we used materials that complimented their existing master bedroom, through which you enter the master bathroom. The result was a space better suited to the client’s needs while in keeping with their desire for a light and airy master suite experience.
