A good place to start is always a visit to our showroom studio in Chicago’s Lakeview neighborhood.
Here, you will meet with our design team and walk through our 3500+ sqft showroom space where you will enjoy a personal introduction to our catalogue of products and live displays covering kitchen, bath, closets, wardrobes, library, media, interior doors and furniture. To plan your visit, call ahead and secure our dedicated attention though walk-ins are always welcome. Whether you start with an in-person visit or an online introduction, the list below outlines the most important points of information which will help us to best begin your project.
Upon conversation to review the information gathered above, our design studio will get to work developing design options and pricing for your initial review either in person or online with no strings attached. There are usually changes and updates to be made but the goal of this first review is to clearly communicate an accurate expectation in terms of a base design and pricing for your cabinetry or other product purchase. If you would like to add design, specification, and construction scope beyond your initial product purchase, we will discuss these details and begin to flesh out a plan to move forward in an additional design service contract separate from the cabinetry or other product purchase.
Our design studio does not release any design documentation before a formal retainer commitment has been made so once you are ready to move forward with our studio, we ask for a payment of 10% of the estimated purchase total which will be applied to your final contract. This payment in earnest assures you that you will have our studio’s time and attention to work through the remaining details of your order. Upon final design review and approval, it’s time to place your order.
From the time you sign off on your order, you can expect an average delivery timeline of 12-14 weeks. We have the logistics covered in full which includes, production time, ocean freight port to port from Italy, and local transport from its arrival on the east coast to delivery in your home. There are always a variety of moving parts in every customer project but our team will keep you up to date, especially in the final weeks to help block out a rough plan of when to expect your delivery.
If you would like us to manage the installation of your order, here too, we have the logistics covered. We work with several subcontractors, all of whom have a deep working knowledge of our products. With our direct communication and oversight, our studio is standing by to address any potential issues on site as they may arise and determine the best pathway to complete your project so you can enjoy your new space.
