It’s a small project, but it shows how a kitchen can work in a shared space.

The project

The kitchens are for the Daytime Educational Community run by Cooperativa Sociale Kirikù, whose president is Mauro Gazzola. The renovation was partly supported by a fundraising drive, which Doimo says is still open.

The two kitchens

The larger one is a corner kitchen more than 7 meters long, fitted with all the appliances, including two induction hobs and two ovens. The second is a compact linear kitchen, just over 2 meters. Both are in a space that serves many people during the day, so the layout has to handle several cooks at once.

Why we’re sharing it

A kitchen that suits a community room and a kitchen for your home follow the same rules: enough work surface, storage within reach, and appliances placed so people don’t block each other. Frameless Italian kitchen cabinets are one way to get usable space out of a fixed footprint, whether the room is seven meters long or two.

Doimo Cucine is one of the Italian kitchen brands we follow. We don’t have details on the cabinet models or finishes used here, so we won’t guess.

Thinking about a kitchen that fits how your household cooks? Book a consultation with our design team, or Get a Quote to get started.

Source: Doimo Cucine, “Doimo Cucine for Kirikù” (Sept. 30, 2026): https://www.doimocucine.com/en/doimocucine-for-kiriku/

Doimo Cucine fitted two kitchens, one over 7 m and one just over 2 m, for a daytime educational community near Treviso.

[68
151,121,152,146,86,149
post-746","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","hentry","category-european-kitchens","tag-community-kitchen","tag-doimo-cucine","tag-frameless-kitchen-cabinets","tag-italian-kitchen-cabinets","tag-italian-kitchens","tag-modern-european-kitchens

Doimo Cucine Kitchens for Kirikù Community

<meta name="description" content="Doimo Cucine built two kitchens for the Kirikù educational community in Montebelluna.
